Ability to edit the text on Friendly Reminders to the customer. Partner request to be more sensitive during COVID. Example from Partner "We understand that business may not be as usual but we did want to remind you about an order you did with us last year. If you have any projects or would like information regarding a reorder please let us know"

It would be extremely valuable to have the ability to customize the Friendly Reminder text message, similar to the recent enhancement that now allows Proposal customization. Extending that same flexibility to reminder messaging would improve personalization and create a more consistent user experience.

Friendly Reminders should be more customizable instead of a blanket message that is the same for everyone. Or at least make it a CANNED MESSAGE that I can change. The verbiage you have is terrible. I don't need to know a year later if my client was satisfied with their previous order. I want to say last year around this time you order these widgets. Attached is a copy of your order. If you would like to order more, or would like to discuss other projects and items please let us know. Something along those lines. The wording you guys have is terrible.
