S&H not being calculated as sales, costs or within GPM % on Syncore jobs. At this time, we do not have a workaround. “S&H” costs and sales are not included, GPM is inaccurately reflected on jobs where shipping was misquoted or was under billed which in turn is causing discrepancies within financial systems/reports and potential commission payable amounts. A configurable option is needed to include S&H in Total Sales, Total Costs, and GPM calculations for Syncore jobs.
