Keeping track of multiple PO's on orders that have many vendors becomes nearly impossible in the job tracker (ie: jobs with multiple clothing vendors, kitting jobs). Would be great for CSR's to have the ability to click on the Vendor PO and add a note specific to that PO as to the status/challenges on only that vendor. Integrated with its own issues drop down so you can see exactly where that PO is at (ie: in transit, problem, etc.). Still keeping the main tracker for pertinent updates. This allows for better PO management and a cleaner main job tracker.

There are many different reasons why a salesperson may want to set their own follow-up, which would not involve the CSR. The only current way to do that is if the salesperson leaves the opportunity open when converting a quote to an SO. That's not ideal. Using a contact level follow-up would also be problematic, particularly with customers that may have many opportunities and jobs going on at any given point. And there's plenty of space on the Job screen to add this.

Per the example image, there are times in which it would be awesome to have additional follow-up boxes for different individuals on the job level.

In this case, a customer will need to be billed before the fiscal year-end. I could simply tracker finance and they could set a follow-up to send a bill on the date requested.

I'd also love the ability for sales reps to set their own follow-ups on specific jobs for things that may be unrelated to the CSR and would allow them to free up the contact follow-up and not have to leave an opportunity open simply to have a follow-up in the system for a specific job. We don't want people to have to use tools outside the system to remind them of things that need to be done related to jobs.

As a side note, this tracker should be formatted like the opportunity one, giving the ability to use a custom reason to indicate next steps, without clogging up the tracker (ie pick clothing up from local decorator, drop pre-pro off for approval, etc.).

Assign a follow up per PO instead of only being able to have one follow up per job.

We need to have follow up/reminder boxes for each PO or the ability to set separate reminders on the job page.
