We have at least 2 clients with 2 web stores each. I have to keep some of the orders separate and they do a lot of reorders so I need access to all history at all times.

One of these, the client actually has deleted one of the stores and now I cannot change her over to order just as a regular client because I cannot take her out of the old store.

If I set her up as a new client with just the portal, then I lose all her history or have to remember to check it on a deleted person. This is just not convenient. I should be able to delete the program and have her just be a regular client.

This might apply to a lot of the clients who were in the web site that was shut down.
