Ability to make entries in the job tracker after the job has been moved to completed.

Can you change the ability to leave a note and share a note on closed jobs. Sometimes something happens post delivery post payment but you cant keep good track. I understand not being able to access the job or PO's, just want to leave notes

Once a job is completed I cannot track the CSR for an error that is reported from the client

Why should a tracker have to be "completed" at all? Why should this be a function of "completing" a job?
