Ability to hide products on proposal

Have the ability to hide items in a proposal. This avoids having to duplicate a proposal each time. It would also allow us to unhide if a client changes their mind and would like to see details again.

YES! Sometimes customers don't LOVE what you've added to a proposal but then later change their mind, so if we're able to hide it instead of deleting it then we don't have to quote the same item twice.

Being able to hide selected items from the client in a proposal like you can in a quote would be a major time saver.

Once we remove an item from a proposal, it's gone. If it was made inactive, we could still view it when customer asks "what about that one product that was on the original proposal".

Often, I will add multiple products to a proposal when searching for a specific item. The items that I find may be from separate suppliers or with similar or different benefits/features which is why I may choose to add multiple items. I would like the ability to leave all the items within the proposal, but “disable” products without having to delete them before sharing a .pdf or the link of the proposal via email to a client. There are not options to currently “disable” items and share only those that I choose. This function is already applicable when converting a proposal to a quote, having the ability to choose the item or items to convert, the other items remain in the proposal. Same concept, allows me to choose the items within a proposal that I’d like to share, but not have to delete those items that I decide not to share. Having that history of past searches is helpful, but not if they are deleted.

It would be great to have the option to select whether you want to remove products in a proposal without deleting it. Make it active in proposal or inactive so that we can see what we added and removed as the customer makes decisions.

Partner wants the ability to hide/expose certain products in the list from the client as they see fit. They are aware that dismissed products in a proposal are already separated out.
