As per partner: previously, you could drag and drop emails into the Attachment section, now this is no longer an option. We're wasting quite a bit of time adding documents to the job folder as a result.

Business need: it is MUCH slower to try saving one of the emails locally and then dragging and dropping the saved file into the job folder when you have a lot of Jobs you are managing. It was an absolute time saver in that regard.

Saving locally is slower and then you have to delete the file wherever you locally save it. Not a good use of time either.

I’m interested in why that function was removed.
