As per partner: We tried Tawk.to and it never worked for any of us and our repat Facilis even said it's not set up properly or working right so not to use that

We would REALLY like to get a chat bot on our shop site and have siteGPT set up on our main website page and really like it and would like to implement it

If you can please expedite that request, that would be great
